  I used Amanda Han from Keystone Accounting and they lack communication and personal touch. I was a couple days late on getting them the accounting material and Keystone said they wouldn't do my taxes and I had paid them. All they had to do is call and communicate to me because now I had only 6 weeks to find a new accountant and send them everything and have them relearn all the giant accounting information I needed. I feel this was unprofessional and bad service to leave me hanging. I even said I will pay the IRS late fees if they cant do it in time and they still refused using an excuse their "compliance Dept " wouldn't allow it. This is a tiny company what do they mean compliance department? And what does that mean cause I said I would accept the late penalty so what compliance are they talking about. They claim high service-they have very low service. They do not communicate well and left me hanging in a very bad place. There "compliance dept" should have been more ethical and warned me ahead of time . For the year before I was late by a few days and it all worked out fine. In the end I found an accountant that saved me a lot more in taxes than Keystone and cost 1/4 the price and 10X the service and saved more in tax savings than I paid to Keystone and my new accountant calls me all the time to talk to me and get the paperwork he needs to do better tax savings. This made me look at Keystones cost and they were excessive and service sub-par.Oh and one more thing -they kept my money I paid them to do the taxes even though they didn't do the taxes and I had to call many times to get it and finally I got it 1 year later. Their compliance dept should look into that! I do not recommend them .

  Keystone CPA helped me when I launched my business in 2009 and they have been with me every step of the way. I was especially pleased with their service when, in 2015, my company was audited. They have experience working for Deloitte and it really came in handy. Their expertise in guiding me through the audit was amazing! The IRS told them I was getting an "A+" on my audit and that's largely due to the way Keystone has guided my company all these years. Through the ups and downs of business they have always had my back. I refer Keystone CPA to my customers as well.

  I rarely, if ever, write an internet review of a company, but Keystone CPA is an exception for all the right reasons. Keystone has been my trusted CPA firm for over a decade, and I recommend Matt and Amanda without reservation to anyone - whether it be for routine tax preparation, IRS audit, or financial planning.
